The K Range Progressing Cavity Pump is the core range of Torqueflow-Sydex used for most industrial, petrochemical, chemical, waste water and food applications.
Capacity: from 30 l/h up to 300 m 3/h [0.132 usgpm up to 1,320 usgpm]
Pressure: up to 48 bar – [696 psig] upon request.
H range pumps are constructed in aisi 316 stainless steel, and have been designed to reach the highest hygienic, cleaning and sterilization standards; with optional CIP [clean-in-place] ports to ensure effective cleaning of the pump.
Capacity: up to 50 m 3/h [220 usgpm]
Pressure: up to 24 bar g. [348 psig]
The FM range of progressing cavity pumps utilises a floating 'free moulded' stator inside the pump’s body, and in this way it’s possible obtain the advantages of a traditional progressive-cavity pump combined with compact dimensions, whilst being very cost effective. The Pump series includes 11 models and is available in a wide range of materials.
Capacity: up to 10.000 l/h [44 usgpm]
Pressure: up to 4 bar - [58 psig].
As the name suggests, the E range is a versatile, semi submersible barrel emptying pump. There are numerous applications particularly within the oil & gas, and chemical industry where high suction lifts [low NPSHa] are an issue. The pumps can be directly mounted inside a tank leaving the motor outside of any potentially hazardous and/or corrosive environments. Other material options include plastic.
Capacity: from 200 l/h up to 150 m 3/h [0.87 usgpm to 660 usgpm]
Pressure: up to 12 bar g [174 psig]
