Centrifugal and Split Case pumps
Synergy Engineering offer a wide range of centrifugal pumps and material options to cater for a large array of applications and industries.
Pumps can be supplied to DIN24255 & 24256, ISO2858 & 5199 and API610 specifications. Flanges can be supplied in BS4504, PN 10/16 and DIN/ANSI with suitable ratings.
Close coupled and Long coupled arrangements available with base plate designs to suit.
Single, Double and Multi stage designs with Single and Double suction arrangements. Single or Double volute casing are available depending on pump design.
Multistage, horizontal split case pumps
Typical applications include: Water treatment plants, Aquaducts, Power Stations, Mine drainage, Fire Fighting, Air Conditioning Plants, Sugar industry, Paper and Pulp, Steel Plants, etc.
Capacity upto 8000 M3/Hr and Heads upto 180m
Impellers are dynamically balanced and arranged to be placed back to back for balancing axial hydrauic thrust.
Pumps are designed for both vertical and horizontal installation.
Ease of maintenance is a key design feature that benefits the end user. From removal of the rotating assembly to seal repair; the range of pumps we supply require minimal disassembly.
